Terms and Conditions Easy read Version Effective Date: October 2025 Welcome! This document explains the rules for using the Amplifying Our Voices Platform. Before you use the platform, please read these rules. If anything is unclear, ask your parent/ guardian, or a World Vision staff member to help explain it to you. 1. What is the Amplifying Our Voices Platform? Amplifying Our Voices is a safe online space where young people can learn, share, and speak up about issues that matter to them. You can use it to create videos, stories, and other content to help make the world better. 2. Who Can Use It? Only young people aged 13 to 17 who are invited by the designated World Vision staff. You will get an email from Amplifying Our Voices (info@ismart360.com) with a link to sign up and create your account. Before you can sign up to use the platform, your parent or guardian must agree and sign a consent form. 3. Your Information You will be asked to create a unique username and provide your email, country of residence, and unique password. This information is kept safe and is only used to help you use the platform. For your safety, please do not use your real name in creating a username and do not share your password with anyone else. Your password is private – even World Vision can’t see it. Your information will not be sold or shared with strangers. 4. Staying Safe Online Please be kind and respectful. Do not post anything rude, violent, or unsafe for you or anyone else. 5. Reporting Your Concerns If you see something that makes you uncomfortable, report it through the Helpline, or contact the World Vision staff in your local area. 6. Respecting Others’ Work All pictures, videos, and other content on the platform belong to their creators. Please don’t copy or change other people’s work unless they say it’s okay. This applies to the name “World Vision” and its logo, too. 7. What You CAN DO on the Platform ✅ You can post comments, ideas, pictures, videos – but always be kind and respectful. ✅ You can learn, create, and share other content with your peers for education and advocacy. 8. What YOU CANNOT DO ❌ You cannot: Share your personal info with others like your full name, address, email address or phone number ❌ You cannot: Post or share anything mean, violent, or harmful ❌ You cannot: Pretend to be someone else ❌ You cannot: Use the platform for anything illegal or unsafe ❌ You cannot: Try to break or hack the website 9. If Rules Are Broken If anyone breaks these rules, their account may be paused or removed. World Vision may also ask you to change your username if it’s not appropriate. This helps keep everyone safe. 10. Leaving the Platform You or your parent/guardian can ask to delete your Amplifying Our Voices account anytime. Just send an email to info@ismart360.com or tell the WV contact person in your country. Your information will be deleted safely. 11. Important to Know World Vision owns the platform and its content. You can use it for learning and sharing, but you must not copy or sell anything from it. You can download things you created only for learning, and you must not remove logos or names. World Vision may use your ideas to improve the platform, but you won’t be paid or named unless your country’s law says so. World Vision may use the content you create the platform in its marketing materials, but your safety will always come first. The platform may have links to other websites that are not from World Vision. World Vision is not responsible for what’s on those sites, so be careful when visiting them. Sometimes the platform may not work perfectly — that’s okay! World Vision will try to fix it, but they are not responsible for any damage caused by errors or issues. If you break the rules or cause problems, you or your parent/guardian may need to help fix the situation. This means you agree not to blame World Vision or iSmart360 for any trouble caused. 12. Final Notes Using the platform means you agree to follow these rules. If you have questions about the platform, ask your parent/guardian, or contact the World Vision focal person in your country. These rules may change sometimes. You’ll be told if they do. The platform follows the laws of California, USA, because that’s where World Vision International is based. ×
